Return & Exchange Policy:

Alex & Aria Store Credit:

If you have an item you wish to send back in the event to change the size and/or color, please contact us at support@alexandaria.com & we will be delighted to help you with the process.

You have one week from the day you initially receive your items to contact our customer care team to receive store credit. Items must be in New & Unworn condition.  We do not process exchanges your desired size and color will need to be repurchased using the credit provided. Store Credit may also be used for any other item if you desire a different style.

*Please Note: Sale Items are final sale and will not be accepted for store credit, exchange or return. *

Once your item has been received back to us  it will be processed and a store credit will be issued to the value of your return.

Alex & Aria  does not offer exchanges, only store credits. This is due to the high demand we have for our products we cannot always guarantee a size or color will be available when your return is received & also understand that a different style may be desired.

The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a Store Promo Code which can be used during checkout. This code must then be applied at the checkout and the value of the card will be applied to your order. Please ensure this is applied before proceeding to confirm the order if any assistance is required please contact us at help@alexandaria.com and we will glady assist.  

Alex & Aria Returns:

Returns will only be accepted In the event that the item you have purchased is damaged. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Alex & Aria does not offer refunds if you had a change of mind. Refunds are only made for items that are damaged beyond repair or upon arrival. 

To Return an Item: Please contact us at help@alexandaria.com , include your order number and include an image of the item that has for any reason been sent to you and is damaged as we apologize ahead of time if you are for any reason part of this situation.

 Return Address will be provided upon approval of return. - please ensure all garments are returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed. Along with all original tags attached. 

 

Customer Care Team Hours Of Operation & Processing of Requests.

We thank you for shopping small with us and greatly value your business, as we attempt to respond to all inquires ASAP. We ask that you kindly Allow 72 hours for a reply within our business hours. To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging upon return. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed inside stating your order number.

If you find an item to be faulty upon its arrival, do not use or wear the item as this will void its ability to be returned.

 

Postage:

Alex & Aria does not cover return postage costs for exchanges. Return postage will need to be paid by the buyer, and we do recommend using a service that has tracking for the return to ensure you have location for the item.

Alex & Aria is not liable/responsible for items that are lost during the return process.  

In the event the item is being returned due to damage postage will be discussed and this does not apply to you.

 

Refund:

In the event a refund must be processed, the funds will only be refunded back to the original card/form of payment unless a store credit is preferred by the buyer.
